Step 4: Book the Plot Online
Select your preferred payment plan and click “Book Now.â€
Fill in the booking form and upload the required documents (passport/ID, passport photo, and any other supporting documents).
Step 5: Receive Approval & Offer Letter
Your booking will be reviewed.
If approved, you will receive a notification along with a Letter of Offer containing the payment instructions.
If not approved, you will receive a message with reasons and guidance.
Step 6: Make the Initial Payment
Follow the payment instructions provided in your Letter of Offer to make your first deposit.
Once the payment is confirmed, your selected property will be marked as Reserved, and a digital receipt will be issued
Step 7: Sign the Offer & Proceed With Ownership
You will receive a personalized Letter of Offer, which you can sign electronically.
After signing and completing your payments as per the agreed plan, we will guide you through the title deed processing and final handover.
